Before a donation, all eligible items will be:
- Inspected and documented for record keeping
- Clothing will be washed, folded & packaged for easy transport
- Shoes & laces will be cleaned and scrubbed
- Any clothing items that do not meet the requirements for donation, will be given to a recycle company

Feminine hygiene: pads, tampons, bras, any wipes, hair bands or clips.

What not to donate
- Expired items: personal products or food related. will be thrown out
- Torn clothes with holes or missing buttons/zippers
- Any visibly stained clothing
- Extremely worn out shoes
- Only certain canned food can be donated and will only be used for meal prepping. It will not be handed out as it is very heavy to travel with and no way to open. Please contact us if you’re wondering your cans can be donated
- Used underwear, toiletries, or personal hygiene items. Must be new
- Home cooked food, snacks. Must be store bought
- This list will be updated daily on what to donate and what not to donate
